Payroll Team Leader

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader or Supervisor to join them on an interim basis in the Bristol area. This role will support the delivery of a large, high-volume payroll spanning multiple sites, so experience managing payroll across multi-location environments is essential.
 
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Team Leader:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for multiple sites.
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders and act as a primary contact.
• Lead a small payroll team.

 
The ideal Payroll Team Leader will be:

• A qualified payroll professional.
• Experienced in high-volume payroll environments across multiple countries.
• Strong technical payroll knowledge.
• Ideally enjoy working in fast-paced environments and working with a range of stakeholders.
