Accounts Assistant

Sheridan Maine are exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant position for one of our long standing clients in the Bristol area.
 
The role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including:
 

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Allocating cash.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Dealing with supplier and customer invoice queries.
• Preparing supplier payments.
• Credit control.
• Petty cash.
• Processing staff expense claims.

The company are seeking an individual with the desired criteria:
 

• Prior experience of working in an accounting role.
• Confident user of IT systems including Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail.
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
