The Role
You will manage a portfolio of private clients, ensure compliance, and provide expert advisory services. The role involves hands-on client work, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth and development of the private client tax practice.

Your key responsibilities as the Private Client Tax Assistant Manager/ Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, including individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Prepare and review personal tax returns, trust and estate tax computations.
• Provide advisory services on tax planning, structuring, and wealth management.
• Liaise with HMRC and clients to resolve complex tax queries.
• Mentor and support junior members of the private client team.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

To be considered for the role of Private Client Tax Assistant Manager/ Manager you will be/have:

• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of UK private client taxation.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior staff is desirable.
