Sheridan Maine is working with a highly respected and expanding accountancy practice in Lincolnshire to appoint a Corporate Tax Partner. This senior leadership opportunity is ideal for an accomplished tax professional seeking to play a key role in shaping and driving the firm’s corporate tax offering while contributing to its strategic direction and continued growth.

Key responsibilities of a successful Corporate Tax Partner:
  • Lead and develop the corporate tax team, setting and delivering strategic objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring exceptional advisory and compliance services.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters, including structuring, planning, and transactions.
  • Play a central role in business development, identifying opportunities and supporting firm-wide growth.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally.
  • Contribute to overall practice leadership, supporting the strategic and commercial development of the firm.
Qualifications for excelling as a Corporate Tax Partner:
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent, with substantial corporate tax experience.
  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate tax matters.
  • Proven leadership capability and a track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Ability to develop business, build networks, and maintain key client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and the ability to support firm-wide initiatives.
