Our client is looking for a
Service & Operations Coordinator to join their team in
Horsham. This role involves providing customer service support to new & existing clients, organise & monitor Engineering activity for works.
*Driving License is required*The Role- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service
- Manage account activity - reengaging lapsed customers & handling enquiries
- Coordinate engineer schedules for installations, servicing & repairs
- Prepare quotes & invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert into active works
- Liaise with warehouse team to ensure parts are available and dispatched for jobs
- Acting as point of contact to both clients & engineers to ensure jobs are competed within SLAs, and resolve any issues that may arise
The Person- Organised, proactive & able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills both face-to-face & phone
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus!

- Salary of £26,000 - £28,000pa + commission opportunities
