A leading medical group is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator to join their professional and welcoming team in East Grinstead.   

* Due to location, driving license and own transport is required *

The Role:  
  • Welcome patients and provide an excellent first impression. 
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records and details. 
  • Coordinate patient flow between reception, technicians, and consultants. 
  • Support patients through consultations and decision-making with empathy and professionalism. 
  • Meet conversion rate of patient from consultation to surgery KPI. 
  • Follow up with pending patients and maintain accurate system records. 
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming and professional. 
  • Handle patient queries and provide administrative support to consultants. 
  • Prepare and send correspondence to patients and medical professionals. 
The Person: 
  • Confident and professional telephone manner. 
  • Outgoing, confident, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office  
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a polite, professional approach 
  • Team player with individual accountability and a proactive attitude 
  • Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and perform under pressure 
The Package: 
  • Monday – Friday (37.5 hours) 
  • Salary £25,000pa
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
