We are working with a well-established company near Gatwick who are looking for an
Office Assistant to join their growing team. This newly created role is ideal for an IT-savvy individual eager to develop their administrative experience and build a long-term career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
The Role:Working closely with the office team, the Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and customer support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, dealing with general enquiries, and taking messages
- Creating paperwork from service schedules for maintenance and recorded defects
- Maintaining online filing systems and inputting paper records into the in-house CRM
- Booking skips and supporting operational requirements
- Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Person Specification:- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident and proactive, with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player
The Package:- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (1 hour lunch)
- Starting salary from £26,500 DOE
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), optional overtime, free onsite parking
