Production Operative (with FLT Licence)
Warwick
£26,000 rising to £28,000 after 3-month probation
Mon–Thu: 7:30am–4:00pm | Fri: 7:30am–2:00pm (early finish!) 38 hours per week

Join a forward-thinking chemical company in Warwick seeking a reliable and proactive Production Operative to support daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This hands-on role also requires a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence, as FLT driving will form a key part of your duties.

What you’ll do:

Operate production machinery and assist in the mixing/blending of chemical products
Safely transport materials and finished goods around site using FLT
Follow strict health & safety and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Loading and mixing of chemicals
Decanting and packing of products for shipping/dispatch
Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical production setting
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Team-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude
