Shifts Available: AM & PM
Pay Rate: £14.10 – £15.50/hr (depending on experience)
Overtime:
- 1.5x after 40 hours
- 2x on weekends and bank holidays

Your Role
As Production Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff across shifts
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and training
- Troubleshoot machinery and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Background in food production (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with any of the following machinery is a plus:
- Weber Slicer
- Ilpra Tray Sealer
- PFM Bagging Machine
- MBP Multi-Head Weigher
- Groba Cutting Machine
- Tecno-Pack Flow Wrapper
