A leading logistics operation is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily freight, warehousing, and transport activities. You will manage a busy team, ensure high service levels, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the logistics team
- Oversee daily freight, warehouse, and transport operations
- Manage workflow, planning, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and service performance
- Ensure compliance with customs, health & safety, and industry regulations
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
Key Skills
- Strong background in logistics, freight, or supply chain
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of air, sea, or road freight operations
- Confident in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT and communication skills
