Executive Assistant to CEO & Board – Farringdon, London - £60,000 plus car allowance and travel expenses.

Location: Farringdon, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
On-site role – 5 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin of the executive office—streamlining schedules, managing communications, and ensuring the business runs like clockwork. Your role will be varied, impactful, and highly visible across the organisation.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Board Directors, providing high-level EA and secretarial support
  • Manage correspondence and maintain meticulous records of key documentation
  • Oversee signature processes for legal and executive materials
  • Coordinate and produce Board-level reports and presentations
  • Own the scheduling of critical meetings and project reviews
  • Arrange meeting rooms, hospitality, travel, and accommodation
  • Support special projects with research, data analysis, and presentation prep
  • Take minutes and track action points from meetings
  • Handle invoices and expense management with precision
  • Proofread and format correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office tools

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented professional who brings both polish and practicality to the table.
  • Proven EA experience, ideally within construction or a related industry
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • A self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates seamlessly
  • Adaptability and calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
