Key Responsibilities:- Support managers with performance management, attendance, and employee reviews.
- Participate in meetings, interviews, and disciplinary hearings, providing accurate note-taking and minutes.
- Assist with HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across the business.
- Partner with team leaders to promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
About You:- Previous HR experience within a contact centre or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Confident, professional, and able to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
