Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, plus one Saturday every three weeks, 09:00–16:00.
Pay Rate: £12.66 per hour; £15.00 per hour for Saturday work.

Claims and Customer Service Agent to join their fast-paced Warrington team.
The RoleYou’ll handle customer claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a team, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer calls and register new claims.
- Arrange bookings, collections, and courtesy car allocations.
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer queries.
- Escalate any issues or complaints appropriately.
About You- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Computer literate and comfortable using databases.
Desirable:- Experience in claims, motor insurance, or body shop environments.
- Contact centre experience or knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System.
