About the Role

Are you great at organising, communicating, and managing customer expectations? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the glue between our customers, sales team, and operations. You’ll help process and track orders, provide quotations, update on delivery status, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout.
This is a leading Construction company who are currenlty working on a number of fantastic projects. you will will be working for a busy office with free parking and close to good transport links.

What You’ll Do

• Produce accurate quotations & orders 
• Keep customers informed of delivery times, chase order progress
• Monitor website sales activity and help with account registrations and catalogues
• Work with Finance to set up new customer accounts
• Learn the product range inside‑out and assist in purchasing from approved suppliers
• Support sales operations through admin tasks and ad‑hoc projects

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in order processing, customer coordination, or Administration 
• Excellent written & verbal communication and professional telephone manner
• Able to juggle multiple tasks
• Proactive problem solver who can work under pressure
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Team‐player, customer focused
