Administrator to join their team!
Role Overview As a Construction Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency , You will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes that underpin project delivery, help maintain project documentation, and support the business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Project Teams
- Help maintain and update inhouse systems, documentation and reporting tools
- Schedule and coordinate meeting, organise staff unfirm/stationery etc
- All H&S documentation and Administration
- Providing reports and compliance documents
- Supporting the H&S Manager with site inspectors being arranged
- Support communication between site teams
What We’re Looking For- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and can pick up in house systems
- Team player and comfortable working in an open plan office
- Previous administration experience — ideally in construction or related sector
