Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mobile Commercial Plumber / Plant Room Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-standard mechanical and plumbing services across commercial buildings, ensuring plant rooms and critical systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs, PPMs, and installation works across commercial sites.
• Conduct plant room checks and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Work with mechanical systems including:
  • Actuators
  • AHUs (Air Handling Units)
  • Pumps
  • Hot & Cold Water Systems
  • General Commercial Plumbing Systems
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to minimise downtime for clients.
• Maintain accurate job records using company systems.
• Provide a high level of customer service and represent the company professionally on client sites.

Requirements
Essential:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in commercial buildings (reactive and PPM).
• Strong understanding of plant room equipment and commercial mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Experience with pumps, actuators, AHUs, and associated control equipment.
• Additional mechanical or electrical skills.
• Previous mobile engineering experience.

• £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
