Position: Packing Operative
Location: Banbury

Shift: 5.45am - 1.45pm Monday to Friday (Static morning shift)
Hourly Pay Rates: £12.21 increasing to £12.88 after 12 weeks
or
Shift: 2:15pm - 10.15pm Monday to Friday (Static afternoon shift)
Hourly Pay Rates: £13.43 increasing to £14.17 after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for seasonal Packing Operatives to work at the Banbury site – Work through till November 2025!
 
Responsibilities:

• To sort and pack products in an extremely fast-paced warehouse environment
• Work with your team to achieve daily targets set
• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times

 
Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but no essential - full training will be provided
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
