Local Authority Housing Development Partnerships Manager, North London  
Pay rate to £445 per day 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Development Partnerships Manager in North London. 
Responsibilities  

• Responsible for the successful delivery of new housing supply on council-owned land through alternative delivery models  

• Lead on working with development partners to ensure the delivery of high quality, well-designed, energy efficient new homes, maximising the provision of genuinely affordable homes Lead on the preparation of any development agreements or land transfer activities required to deliver new affordable homes and ensure that these partnership arrangements safeguard the council’s interests 

You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
