Job Description
What you’ll do
- Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, scheduling, and resource planning
- Coordinate with Carpentry, Scenic, Metalwork, and Project teams to keep projects on track
- Manage logistics, including vans/trucks, storage, and material flow
- Lead and support the Workshop Lead, Facilities & Safety Coordinator, CNC Operator, and Van Driver
- Maintain high standards through QC checks, pre-fits, and safe working practices
- Ensure the workshop and yard remain safe, organised, and compliant
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Experience managing workshop or production operations
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
