As a Maths Teacher here, you will be teaching small groups of students who may have faced barriers to learning, including challenging behaviours or SEMH needs. Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication, and firm but nurturing behaviour management are essential. You will be supported by an experienced pastoral team and teaching assistants who ensure that every student receives the encouragement and structure they need to succeed.

Job Role:

• Teaching Maths to small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students
• Planning engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Using strong behaviour management and relationship-building strategies
• Working closely with teaching assistants and pastoral staff to support student progress
• Helping students rebuild confidence in learning and achieve meaningful outcomes
