£28.40ph (MOU CAPPED)  
Community Adult Social care team covering central Shropshire area, Supporting with physical disabilities, ABI and older people. Driver required / Hybrid working model – this can be flexible with one office day or more if preferred but the applicant will need to be aware that they will need to travel to the Central Shropshire area to complete face to face assessments etc, 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
