Adult’s Social Worker, Learning Disability Team, Southampton
Pay rate to £35 per hour
Contract role, LD Team

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Southampton.
This is to work in a Learning Disability Team Team

We are looking for a Senior Practitioner/Social Worker who has an extensive experience in learning disabilities and neurodiversity.

Completion of robust S42 enquires

Completion of evidence based Mental Capacity Assessments

Completion of strengths based Care Act reviews/Assessments and Support Plans

Multi agency working to manage risks and to achieve best outcomes for individuals we support

Experience of CoM DoL work and court of protection essential

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
