I have partnered with a business locally that are seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing schedules and coordinating the work of engineers, ensuring projects run smoothly and deadlines are met. You’ll be the key point of contact between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installations for field-based engineers across the UK
- Maintain daily and weekly diaries
- Communicate with customers to confirm dates and resolve scheduling issues
- Liaise with internal teams
- Keep CRM up to date with project details and changes
- Handle queries from engineers and customers professionally and efficiently
- Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or coordinating teams
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
