The Role
We are seeking a dynamic English Teacher to join a secondary school in Birmingham from October 2025. This is a long-term role, offering the opportunity to teach Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and foster a passion for English literature and language. You will also contribute to the wider school community, supporting pupils in reaching their full academic potential.
 
The Candidate
The school is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with a strong subject knowledge and the ability to create a positive learning environment. You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching English at secondary level. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate learners of varying abilities are essential. Both experienced teachers and confident ECTs are encouraged to apply.
