The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Religious Studies Teacher to join a “Good” Ofsted-rated secondary school in Walsall from October 2025. This full-time supply position will involve teaching Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons. You will be expected to contribute to the department’s curriculum planning, assess student progress, and foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a passionate teacher of Religious Studies with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills. You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting. A proven ability to inspire students of all abilities and to promote critical thinking and discussion is essential.
