• Pay: £175 – £250 per day (depending on experience)
• Qualification: QTS or QTLS required

The Role
A forward-thinking secondary school is looking for an enthusiastic Health & Social Care Teacher to join them from January 2026. This long-term, full-time position involves delivering high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5, supporting students working towards vocational and academic pathways.
You’ll take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of human development, care values, the health sector, and real-world application. The role is well-suited to a teacher who enjoys supporting learners through coursework-heavy qualifications and guiding them towards further education and careers in health, social care, and related fields.
 
The Candidate
You will bring both subject expertise and a strong commitment to student success. The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS
• Confident teaching KS4 and KS5 Health & Social Care
• Skilled in managing behaviour positively and maintaining a productive classroom
• Experienced with vocational delivery, including coursework assessment
• Someone who builds strong rapport and motivates students of varying abilities
