• Pay: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)
• Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

 
The Role
A well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This long-term supply role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support strong academic progress and exam preparation.
You’ll take full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment, while working within a supportive and collaborative Science department. This role offers stability, consistency, and the opportunity to make a real impact on student outcomes.
 
The Candidate
We’re looking for a motivated Science specialist who can inspire curiosity and confidence in the classroom. You should be:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (applications from ECTs welcome)
• Confident teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
• Comfortable delivering both practical and theory-based lessons
• Strong in classroom and behaviour management
• Reliable, organised, and committed to student progress
