The Role
A Good-rated secondary school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a driven Maths Teacher for a long-term supply role starting January 2026. You will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to build confidence, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
The role includes full classroom responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment, within a structured and supportive Maths department focused on progress and attainment.
 
The Candidate
We are looking for a Maths specialist who:
  • Holds QTS (applications from ECTs are welcome)
  • Has experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths
  • Delivers clear, well-paced, and engaging lessons
  • Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Works well as part of a collaborative department
