The Role
A secondary school in Walsall is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join them from January 2026 on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves supervising pre-set lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students remain on task and behaviour standards are maintained in the absence of the class teacher.
You will play a key role in supporting continuity of learning, managing classroom behaviour, and providing feedback to teaching staff where required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a long-term career in education or those looking to progress into teacher training.

• Have experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience preferred)
• Be confident managing classroom behaviour across KS3 and KS4
