🔧 Job Title: Parts Advisor
📍 Location: Hayes
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 + Alternate Saturdays, 8:30–12:30
💰 Salary: £37,000

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join their friendly and hard-working team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling customer queries and processing orders
Managing parts requisitions
Providing accurate product information and advice
Supporting with inventory control and ordering
Issuing credits and processing return requests
Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries
Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Taking card payments over the phone
(Desirable)Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation

Good Excel skills & strong attention to detail
Data entry experience
Basic understanding of invoices, credits & ledgers
Hard-working, reliable & a strong team player
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
(Desirable)Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
