Repairs Supervisor – London – £35 per hour (Umbrella) – 3–6 Month Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team on a 3–6 month contract based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in housing or property maintenance to make an immediate impact.

Role Overview:
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day repair and maintenance operations, managing trade teams, and ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, inspecting works, and maintaining excellent communication with residents, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage workloads, schedules, and performance targets.
• Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of completed works.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor within housing, maintenance, or local authority environments.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
