Job Description
Contract: 3-Month Ongoing
Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trader with a strong plumbing background to carry out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and refurbishment works across occupied and void housing properties and other Council-owned premises in North London.
The successful candidate will specialise in plumbing, while also being confident and competent across several other trades to ensure high-quality, professional delivery on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Carry out a variety of building works, refurbishments, and renewals
- Support with occupational therapy adaptations in domestic properties
- Work safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and best trade practices
- Deliver excellent customer service in occupied homes
- Fully competent in plumbing (essential)
- Skilled in at least three additional trades such as:
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic Electrical (Part P desirable)
- Proven experience working in domestic maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently and produce professional-quality work
- Full UK driving licence preferred
