Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and check mechanical/electrical designs, schematics and calculations in AutoCAD/Revit.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support project leaders with design reviews, technical queries and client liaison.
- Contribute to business development through maintaining strong industry relationships.
- Manage small projects and assist with mentoring trainees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK design standards, engineering principles and best practice.
- 2–4+ years’ experience in building services design (mechanical or electrical).
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit and UK design standards.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Professional, proactive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required.
- Degree or HNC in Building Services or Engineering.
- LCIBSE, IEng, EngTech or other relevant accreditation.
