Job Description
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Location: Chepstow
Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible: 7:30 – 15:30, 9:00 – 16:00, or 9:00 – 17:00)

Join a friendly, supportive legal team in a well-established Chepstow firm. You’ll work closely with six lawyers and the office manager, gaining valuable experience in a welcoming environment. Previous legal experience is a bonus but not essential – if you’re eager to learn and grow, this could be the perfect role
Main Duties
- Support lawyers and office manager with administrative tasks
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and maintain client files
- Prepare court bundles, property transfers, and legal documents
- Draft letters, emails, engagement letters, and invoices
- Handle client enquiries, onboarding, and payments
- Assist with office organisation, reports, presentations, and marketing
- Help maintain smooth office systems and filing
Skills and Experience
- Ambitious, motivated, and solution-focused
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Attention to detail and proactive initiative
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented
