Production Office CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive
Production Office Coordinator to join a leading supplier within the
construction and building materials industry.
We’re looking for someone with strong administrative experience, ideally gained within
construction, manufacturing, or a related industry. Experience using
Sage and producing quotations is essential.
Key Responsibilities of this Production Office Coordinator role:- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Production Office team.
- Manage multiple shared inboxes, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Oversee dispatch orders and update production and planning schedules, including:
- Production Planner (new orders)
- 52-week compliance planner
- Paint line planner updates
- Use Sage to:
- Update and amend operation tasks
- Book completed orders
- Complete stock transfers
- Raise purchase orders
- Process Supertech orders and coordinate customer deliveries.
- Liaise with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Act as the Non-Conformance Champion, logging and addressing quality issues.
- Perform general office duties to support the smooth running of production operations.
Skills & Experience Required for this Production Office Coordinator role:- Proven administrative experience within an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience within the construction or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
